This is a newsletter that is written for readers who want to stay engaged, curious, and active in the face of technology that may overwhelm us. Fortunes will get made, but humanity might get pushed a side in the change.

I believe the creators will lead the way through the upheaval. Or, at least, be a meaningful counterweight to the increasing automating, algorithms, and efficiency.

I will be writing about:

• the power of music to inspire and enlighten and connect us

• Fiction and literature and the people who make it.

• Artificial Intelligence and the we (humans) can make the technology safe for society and our political systems

• Travel

• Food

• Business and investing

Its a little bit of a hodge-podge. Or, you could look at it as a liberal arts approach to the world.

I’m writing for folks think their humanity (i.e. their creativity, their judgement, their emotional intelligence) can grow more powerful through reading, listening and making.
